“Tourism Trends and Policies”. Alcune riflessioni sul rapporto OECD 2018

Abstract

The paper focuses on the biennial Report edited by OECD “Tour-ism Trends and Policies”, published in 2018 and dedicated to the study of the tourism key-policies and governance. In particular, the authors outline a short profile of the Report, focusing on tourism trends and policies, and on the main growth drivers of tourism in the coming years. Furthermore, it is paid attention to the state of the art of governance and the growth of tourism in Italy, deepen-ing the public policies to promote this important economic and productive sector.
