Significazioni estetiche del turismo. Caso del centro storico e dell’Avenida Paulista a San Paolo, Brasile

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the redefinition of the forms of centrality and the creation of new structures for the practice of urban tourism. The current production system, combined with the cultural historical aspects which fall into the urban landscape, giving new functions to the city to rethink the conditions that trigger the development and strengthening of this type is that urban tourism. Thus, by analyzing the connection of tourism based on land, it was observed that there is a reflection on the movement of new business centers, providing for new centralities. Whereas this method has been little discussed from the perspective of tourism in Brazil, this article suggests the need for research directed at issues related to the meanings of tourism.
