Dear Authors, The growing consensus accorded to the Journal has led to a large influx of submissions, making it impossible to manage peer reviews and to publish worthy texts in Open Access mode without significantly expanding the capacity of individual issues. This leads to a significant increase in publication costs (article processing charges) to maintain high editorial standards, which cannot be met without charging a fee for each submission.
