Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
Gli articoli proposti alla Rivista devono essere originali e non devono essere stati presentati per la pubblicazione altrove.
Papers submitted to the Journal of Law and Economics must not have been published and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
Gli articoli devono essere accompagnatia da:
- un abstracts in inglese non più lungo di 200 parole, comprensivo della traduzione del titolo
- Fino a 10 keywords attinenti al testo (evitare keywords generali)Papers submitted must be accompanied by:
- abstract no longer than 200 words, including a translation of the title
- Up to 10 keywords related to the text (avoid generic keywords)I file devono essere consegnati in Word. Si può utilizzare qualsiasi font, ma in caso contengano testo greco è essenziale che il greco (e solo il greco) sia digitato in Times New Roman Unicode, applicando il colore rosso:
- 11 punti per il testo principale
- 10 punti per fonti e citazioni isolate dal testo principale
- 10 punti per l'abstract e il sommario iniziale (se previsto)
- 9,5 punti per le note e la bibliografia (se prevista)Files may be submitted in Word in any font, but in texts containing Greek, it is essential that the Greek (and only the Greek) text be typed in red color using Times New Roman Unicode:
- 11 pt for the main text
- 10 pt for sources and quotations separated from the main text
- 10 pt for the abstract and for the initial table of contents (if applicable)
- 9.5 pt for footnotes and bibliography (if applicable)Controllare di aver preparato tutti i files supplementari necessari:
Check that all required supplementary files have been prepared:
- La Dichiarazione degli Autori compilata e debitamente firmata.
- Le figure (se presenti) in formato originale (300 dpi .TIF, .JPG, .EPS o .XLS).
- Le necessarie autorizzazioni per pubblicare le immagini (accertandosi di averle procurate tutte).
- Un file PDF generato dal file Word definitivo (essenziale se il file contiene Greco).
- Authors’ Statement form complete and duly signed.
- All figures (if any) in the original electronic format (300 dpi .TIF, .JPG, .EPS or .XLS).
- Required permissions for publishing images (make sure you have procured all of them).
- A PDF file generated from the final Word file (essential if the file contains Greek).Controllare di aver applicato le avvertenze destinate a garantire una Blind Peer Review: i dati personali (Autore, afferenza, e-mail) vanno comunicati, insieme alla ripetizione del titolo, nello stesso file ma in una pagina finale separata.
Check that you have applied the guidelines intended to ensure a Blind Peer Review: the personal data (Author, afference, email) should be communicated, repeating the title, in the same file but on a separate final page.
Controllare che i Criteri editoriali siano stati accuratamente applicati.
